application tip:

apply on lash trip, let dry for a couple of seconds, once it has a sticky feeling apply above lash line, adjust as needed. 

Ingredients:

Water (Aqua), Styrene/ acrylates copolymer, propylene glycol, D&C Black No.2(CI77266), polysorbate:80, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol.
